PAYMENT TERMS

The terms below are applied additionally to the terms mentioned in our Privacy Policy webpage and in our Terms & Conditions webpage.

• The full amount of the order must be paid in advance. When an order is placed, the total value (100%) of the order must be paid in advance, in order to proceed the order to the next stages of production.
• An order is validated and approved for production only if it’s totally paid in advance. Except from the mentioned before, no other ways of order approval are accepted (oral, via email, by phone, via contracts, via post etc.).
• The accepted payment methods are: 1) Bank Transfer, 2) Paypal, 3) Through a link which can be send to the client to pay with credit card.
• In order to proceed an order to production we have to see first the total value of the order in our bank account. So, maybe there will be some delay until the start of production because of the bank transfer delays until a deposit arrives to us. Except from the mentioned before, no other way can proove a deposit (like sending us the bank transfer receipt or inform us by any way that the deposit is made).
• All bank transfer expences are on client’s charge. So, the total value of the order must arrive to us in full, without any reduction due to bank transfer expences.
