SHIPPING DETAILS & TERMS

The terms below are applied additionally to the terms mentioned in our Privacy Policy webpage and in our Terms & Conditions webpage.

• Generally, all the transportation procedure is under the responsibility of the Client.
• All shiping costs are on Client’s charge.
• The products are travelling under the responsibility of the Client.
• The Seller is obligated to deliver the products to the transportation company in excellent condition.
• The Seller is not responsible for any damage may occur on the products during the transportation.
• The Seller is obligated to deliver the products to the transportation company until the date that is agreed with the Client.
• The Seller is not responsible for any delays may occur during the transportation.
• If the Client wants to use his/her own carrier for the transportation, then he/she must manage all the transportation procedures and the carrier must pick up the products from the Seller’s headquarters. The Seller is not obligated to deliver the products to the Client’s carrier headquarters/warehouse.
• The order can be send to the Client via the carrier that we cooperate with or the Client can pick up the order from our headquarters or send a carrier to our headquarters to pick up the order. In any case, all the terms stated above are applied in full.
• We cooperate with “UPS Courier Services“. If the Client agrees we can give a transportation cost using the carrier mentioned before. However, the Client is not obligated to use the carrier we cooperate with.
